What we do not do

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or email newsletters. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Work with us form

If you send the form we receive: your name, artist or project name, email, country and city, genre, your role, up to three links to your music, your message and your confirmation of age and of the Submission policy. We also record the IP address it was sent from.

We use this information only to review your project, reply if we are interested and protect the form against abuse. The submission reaches us by email.

We keep submissions for 24 months and then delete them. To limit abuse, we keep the time of each submission tied to its IP address for one hour, and a daily count of submissions with no personal data.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers the form emails and provides Turnstile, the check that protects the form against spam. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in the form and may process technical data from your browser to confirm you are a person. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.

When we publish videos or music players, they will load only if you click them. From that click, the platform involved (for example YouTube or Spotify) may collect data under its own policy.

Links to platforms and outside websites take you off this site, where their own policies apply.

Minors

The form is for people 18 or older, or minors with permission from a parent or guardian. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it early, by writing to info@artistflorecords.com. We will answer your request as required by the law that applies to you.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page. For any privacy question, write to info@artistflorecords.com.
