Submission policy
This policy explains how we receive and handle the music and materials artists send us. By using the Work with us form, you accept it.

What we accept
Only links to original music that you control, or that the artist you represent controls, sent through the form. We do not accept file attachments or submissions through other channels.
No commitment
Sending material creates no obligation, contract or relationship between you and Artist Flo Records. Any agreement will exist only if both sides sign a written contract.
Your rights
We claim no rights in the music you send us. We only listen to it to evaluate it.
Similar ideas
We receive material from many people and work on our own projects. We may already be working, or work in the future, on ideas similar to yours. That does not mean we used your material.
Replies
We listen to everything that arrives through the form, but we reply only when we want to move forward. If you do not hear from us, it means we will not move forward this time; you are welcome to send us your music again later.
How long we keep your submission
We keep each submission for 24 months and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to info@artistflorecords.com.
Age
To send the form you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
